Course description: This will be a mixed ability class of Hatha yoga (1 hour sessions), which will mostly focus on beginners, however there will be options to make it more challenging for the more experienced. It will focus on posture work, some breathing practices and meditation, in order to make each participant more aware of their body and enable them to feel more comfortable in it. We have Yoga mats although your welcome to bring your own also. Teaching and Learning Approaches: Tutor-led Assessment: There is no formal assessment but we do welcome feedback on this course.
