The gathering provides a free, confidential space for individuals to share and discuss unusual beliefs, paranoid or suspicious ideas, as well as experiences of hearing voices or seeing visions. It welcomes anyone regardless of whether they have a diagnosed mental health problem, fostering an open environment for different perspectives on understanding these experiences.

Rather than functioning as a therapeutic service, the event offers encouragement, reassurance, and support through active listening. Attendees can receive a listening ear in a safe setting designed to validate diverse ways of seeing and interpreting personal experiences.

The event takes place at Endeavour House in Torquay on 29 October 2026 starting at 14:00. There are no age restrictions or entry fees specified, and the description does not mention food, drink, or accessibility provisions.
