The group provides a confidential space for individuals who experience unusual beliefs, paranoid or suspicious ideas, hearing voices or seeing visions. It welcomes participants regardless of whether they have a diagnosed mental health problem, encouraging different ways of understanding and interpreting experiences. The focus is on offering support, reassurance, encouragement and a listening ear rather than providing therapy.

The event is open to all who experience such thoughts or perceptions, with no restriction based on medical diagnosis. There is no charge to attend. The group meets at Endeavour House in Torquay on 21 January 2027 at 14:00. No information is provided regarding accessibility, age restrictions, food, drink or other practical arrangements.
