The gathering provides a confidential space for individuals who experience unusual beliefs, paranoid or suspicious ideas, hear voices, or see visions. It welcomes participants regardless of whether they have a diagnosed mental health condition. The focus is on supporting different ways of seeing and understanding personal experiences.

Attendees can receive encouragement, reassurance, and support in a listening environment. The group clarifies that this setting is not a form of therapy but rather a place for mutual aid and open dialogue.

The event takes place at Endeavour House in Torquay on 28 January 2027 at 14:00. Admission is free. The session is open to anyone with an interest in the subject matter, without specific age restrictions mentioned. No food or drink facilities are detailed in the organisers' description.
