A women's rewilding immersion held in the heart of Dartmoor.

In this 2 hour breathwork, sauna and nature immersion you will be guided through a sacred Feminine Codes® Breathwork journey with other beautiful women, to return to your wild self, followed by space to integrate in Dartmoor's Wilder Sauna, and cleanse in the sacred waters of the River Dart.

This intimate immersion is here to allow each woman to reconnect and remember her natural, wild self, liberating her of the roles, expectations and conditioning she carries day to day, and returning her to the raw, instinctual woman who has always lived beneath them. Through breath, heat and cold water, the body is given permission to soften, to feel and to come home to itself, in the company of other women walking the same path back to their own nature.

You will be held in circle as the breathwork moves through you, opening space in the body for whatever is ready to be released and remembered. The warmth of the sauna will give you time to land in what has shifted, and the river will offer its own quiet blessing, a final act of cleansing that marks the return to your wild, feminine self.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This immersion is for the woman who feels the call to come home to her body, whether she is navigating a season of change, feeling disconnected from her own rhythm, or simply craving deep rest in the company of other women. It is for those who long to be met in nature rather than in noise, who are ready to breathe, soften and be witnessed without needing to explain themselves. Whether you are new to breathwork or have walked this path before, you are welcome here exactly as you are.

A NOTE ON SAFETY

Breathwork, heat and cold water immersion are powerful practices, and we ask that you take a moment to consider your own wellbeing before booking. This experience is not suitable for anyone who is:

Pregnant

Living with a heart condition or blood pressure concerns

History of epilepsy or seizure

Has had recent surgery

If you are managing a significant mental health condition, please reach out beforehand so we can see if this is the right fit, and please do not attend under the influence of drugs or alcohol, if you do you will be refused entry to the site.

YOUR FACILITATOR

This journey is held by Georgina Rose, Women's Embodiment Mentor, Breathwork Facilitator Trainer and founder of Feminine Codes® Breathwork, an embodied and regenerative breathwork modality created specifically for the female body. Georgina has spent years developing this work as a path back to the wild, instinctual woman beneath the roles and conditioning of everyday life, and she holds space with deep reverence for the body's own intelligence. Based in Dartmoor, she weaves breath, nature and ritual together to guide women home to themselves.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Spaces for this immersion are limited to 10 women, and your booking secures your place in this circle. For this reason, we operate a strict no cancellations and no refunds policy once you have booked. If you are no longer able to attend, you are welcome to transfer your space to another woman in your place, please just let us know in advance so we can update our records.
