Join us in person for a Herbal Medicine Workshop - ointments and balms. Local herbal medicine practitioner, Clare Holohan, will take us on a deep dive into the amazing world of herbs, teach us how to use them naturally, and we'll have a fun, hands-on experience where we'll make some tonics and tinctures (or potions as we like to call them!) to take home. Perfect for anyone curious about natural healing and remedies.
This is a full day workshop running from 10am to around 4pm, so please bring lunch and snacks, tea and coffee will be provided.
