Across three hours, you’ll experience Breathwork & Meditation with Deirdre Hurley, Pilates with Orla McHale, EFT Tapping with Caroline Fitzgerald, a Sound Bath with Maria Browne, and group Bio Energy Healing with Ruth Kelly including complimentary refreshments on arrival and time to connect.
