Let’s be honest — sometimes getting yourself to the gym after work feels like the last thing you want to do. And even when you make it there, getting a proper cardio workout in can feel like WORK!!!!!!!!

That’s where Sweat & Whine comes in 😏

Sweat & Whine is a full-body dance cardio experience that combines high-energy music, rhythmic movement and step platforms to give you a proper workout — without it feeling like your typical workout.

Think Afrobeats, Hip-Hop, Pop & more, mixed with stepping, bouncing, grooving, whining and follow-along movement. You’ll be moving to the beat, building stamina, getting your heart rate up and burning calories while having a damn good time!

You don’t need to be a dancer. You don’t need to know choreography. And you definitely don’t need to be perfect.

Whether you’re looking for something to add to your current gym routine, a fun way to get your cardio in, or simply an alternative to forcing yourself through another boring workout — Sweat & Whine is for you.

Classes run twice a week, alternating between Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, making it an easy option for an after-work workout or something to add into your weekly fitness routine.
