This is a Yin & Yang Style Class.

Not too static. Not too dynamic.

Outdoor Yoga Saturdays 10.00am - Salthill Park

Beach Yoga Sundays 10.00am - Salthill Beach.

This is our 10th year of the Outdoor Yoga, and so far we've had already 5 outdoor yoga sessions over the last months.
