Welcome to The Soundbath Join me at Yoga Meditation Healing, a tranquil and welcoming studio in the west end of Glasgow, for a one-hour Soundbath using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and other therapeutic instruments to support your wellbeing. Many people find soundbaths helpful for easing stress, improving sleep, and emotional balance. Let the vibrations ease tension in your body, quiet your mind, and bring your energy into balance. This is a safe space to rest, reset, and reconnect. Everything you need to get comfortable is provided: Yoga mats, blankets, cushions and bolsters will be provided.
