Welcome to The Soundbath ✨

Join me at Yoga Meditation Healing, a tranquil and welcoming studio in the west end of Glasgow, for a one-hour Soundbath using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and other therapeutic instruments to support your wellbeing.

Let the vibrations ease tension in your body, quiet your mind, and bring your energy into balance.

Many people find soundbaths helpful for easing stress, improving sleep, and emotional balance.

Everything you need to get comfortable is provided, including yoga mats, blankets, cushions, bolsters and eye-pillows.

This is a safe space to rest, reset, and reconnect.

To keep the space calm and undisturbed, doors will close at 14.55 and late entry will not be possible.
