About the Tour

Join us on an exciting journey to England’s stunning East Coast as we explore the enchanting Lindisfarne, also known as the mysterious Holy Island — a tidal island off the Northumberland coast and one of the most important early centres of English Christianity, where Irish monks first settled in AD 635. We’ll explore the ancient village of Lindisfarne, where you can enjoy breathtaking sea views, stroll along the picturesque rocky beach, and take in sights like the historic Lindisfarne Castle, Lindisfarne Priory, St Mary the Virgin Church, and the charming harbour. You can also enjoy the local cafés and souvenir shops, perfect for a cozy break and unique finds! This hidden gem of an island is truly a treasure, and its magical scenery will leave you speechless. The itineraray also includes visiting North Berwick, a charming seaside town where golden beaches, historic harbours, and stunning views of the Bass Rock create the perfect Scottish coastal escape. Lunch / Things to bring with you

There will be time for a lunch break in restaurants, however, you can also bring your own packed lunch. Bring with you lots of smiles, a camera, warm clothes, proper walking / hiking shoes, an ID, a bottle of water and snacks. We will also have tea/coffee and toilet breaks throughout the journey.

Notes and Terms

Tickets are very limited and available based on first come, first served.

Tickets are non-refundable if you miss the tour for any reason.

If you can no longer attend, you may sell your ticket to others, however, you must notify International Student Tours in advance for check in purposes.

You will receive a reminder email with details and updates a few days prior to departure.

Our tours are open to everyone aged 18 and over, including adult students, professionals, visitors, and tourists. If you wish to book tickets for minors, you must contact us in advance.
