Baby & Child CPR and Choking Workshop A calm, hands-on 90 minute workshop designed to give parents and caregivers the confidence to respond in an emergency involving a baby or child. This practical session focuses on essential lifesaving skills and helps you understand exactly what to do in the critical first moments of an emergency, using simple, clear steps that are easy to remember and apply. You will learn and practise: • Infant CPR • Child CPR • Infant choking • Child choking • Recovery position We also briefly introduce adult CPR and defibrillator awareness so you feel more confident understanding what to expect in a wider range of emergency situations. This is a small group workshop (maximum 8 participants) to ensure plenty of hands-on practise, individual guidance, and a relaxed, supportive learning environment. Perfect for parents, grandparents, and caregivers who want to feel more prepared, capable, and confident in an emergency. No prior experience is needed.
