A rooftop operetta.

A woman sits in a room, observed by others. She reads and writes letters.

Elsewhere, another enclosure exists. The two spaces ignore one another.

The spaces are told by a band of improvisational musicians situated on surrounding roofs.

In counterpoint, multiple melodies are simultaneous and in close relation, remaining in contact under pressure.

The operetta deals with the urge to give care, as well as the impulses to create distance and proximity.
