Get cosy this Halloween and create your very own hand-painted mini pumpkin scented candle in our Glasgow city centre studio.

You’ll decorate your pumpkin candle pot, choose a fragrance you love, then learn how to turn it into your own scented candle using a beeswax and soy wax blend.

Cute, spooky, colourful or completely chaotic — your pumpkin is yours to design.

No painting or candle-making experience needed.

🎃 What you'll do

During this 1.5–2 hour workshop, you’ll:

🎨 Paint and decorate your own pumpkin candle pot

🌸 Choose your favourite fragrance

🕯️ Prepare your wick and candle

🍯 Pour your own beeswax & soy wax candle

✨ Finish with a one-of-a-kind Halloween candle to take home

We’ll guide you through the whole process step by step, so this workshop is completely beginner-friendly.

We’ll also have Halloween design inspiration available if you’re not sure where to start — think ghosts, pumpkins, stars, stripes, flowers, funny faces, spooky patterns and more.

Or ignore all of that and make something completely your own.

Our workshops are casual, friendly and designed to let everyone create at their own pace.

📍 Workshop Details

Duration: Approximately 1.5–2 hours

Location: O&E Art Craft Studio, Glasgow City Centre

Experience level: Complete beginners welcome

Please note that candle making involves hot wax and equipment. Under-16s must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
