On the first Monday of every month enjoy a night of guided meditation, reiki and journalling, in a welcoming small group setting.

A perfect introduction to reiki for those who are curious, or for those who have experienced reiki and want to delve in a little deeper.

You will enjoy a guided mediation and group reiki session. You will then be provided with journal prompts, which we can discus together or take time to relfect on by our selves. No pressure to share!

Sweet treats and tea is provided (if you have any dietry requirements please let me know in advance!)

We will also have the oppertunity for oracle card readings and time to relax and share our experience.

This is a relaxed and welcoming enviroment, you can come to enjoy reiki and journaling without the need to discuss or you can come along and share your thoughts

Please bring a journal, yoga mat and anything you need to be comfy. The mediation is around 30 minutes long so you may want blankets and pillows to get extra cosy
