Flow into gentle stretches to release tension. Then, settle in to a deeply immersive Sound Bath, where the majority of our time will be spent letting soothing vibrations wash over you for ultimate calm and restoration.

Rest assured everything is provided - mats, blankets, and eye pillows. Just wear comfy clothes and bring a pillow for extra comfort if you'd like. Come as you are, relax fully, and leave feeling refreshed and recharged.
