As summer begins to draw to a close, join Iona May Geddes & Paul Lawrence Speers for an afternoon designed to help you slow down and take a break from the busyness of daily life.

We will have nourishing snacks for you at the event (let us know any dietary requirements)

Through gentle yoga, a gorgeous soundbath, guided reflection, meaningful conversation and mini massage, you'll be invited to release stress, quiet the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself and others in a warm, supportive space.
