Join us on a Friday evening for a 90-minute immersive soundbath in Milngavie Town Hall. As the week comes to a close, take time to rest, reset and return inward. You'll be bathed in live acoustic sound - gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and bells.

A space to let go, soften, and return to stillness.

This event is open to all. No experience necessary.

Many find these sessions supportive for stress, sleep, or emotional balance - but the invitation is simply to rest.

What to bring

Please bring a mat and a blanket if you have them, a limited number of spares are available

Warm layers or socks are recommended

A water bottle, a pillow and an eye mask are all optional but worth having

Access and anything else

There is step-free access to the hall. If there is anything at all that would make coming along easier, do just drop me a line.

Chairs are available if you would rather not lie on the floor

You are very welcome to come along if you are pregnant

There is no minimum age, but everyone needs to be able to settle quietly for the 90 minutes, so please use your judgement with children

Doors close at 7:05pm and late entry will not be possible, so please arrive in good time.

Sliding scale tickets are available at £20 / £25 / £30. All tickets offer the same experience, please choose the price that feels right for you.
