Toni Falconer will help you escape the hustle and bustle of the city and the stress of everyday life in an hour long experience for just £30. You'll be immersed in the ancient sound therapies that have been at the heart of cultures for millennia, in a full-bodied, meditative experience that can provide deep healing. Our salt therapy room will be filled with sounds from the ancient past, traditional Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and chimes, sending out the resonant healing frequencies cultures across the ages have looked to for their restorative properties. Toni specialises in Buddhist meditation so will guide you into a therapeutic, relaxed state where restorative balance is the goal. Your soundbath therapy will also include 60 minutes of dry salt therapy.
