Join us in the calm, light-filled space of Hyndland Community Hall for a 90-minute immersive soundbath. This peaceful West End venue offers a gentle setting to rest, reset, and return inward. You'll be bathed in live acoustic sound - gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and bells. A space to let go, soften, and return to stillness. This event is open to all. No experience necessary. Many find these sessions supportive for stress, sleep, or emotional balance - but the invitation is simply to rest. WHAT TO BRING • Please bring a mat and a blanket if you have them, a limited number of spares are available • Warm layers or socks are recommended • A water bottle, a pillow and an eye mask are all optional but worth having ACCESS AND ANYTHING ELSE • There is step-free access to the hall. If there is anything at all that would make coming along easier, do just drop me a line. • Chairs are available if you would rather not lie on the floor • You are very welcome to come along if you are pregnant • There is no minimum age, but everyone needs to be able to settle quietly for the 90 minutes, so please use your judgement with children • Any questions at all, including about the volume, just email iain@glasgowsoundbath.com IMPORTANT Doors close at 3:05pm and late entry will not be possible, so please arrive in good time.
