Celebrating Autumn Equinox: An Evening of Sound, Somatics & Seasonal Connection

Sunday 20th September | 4-8pm | Slad Farm Yurt | With Jesse Laila & Hannah Salisbury

As summer gently gives way to autumn, join us for a special four-hour seasonal gathering to celebrate the Autumn Equinox, a moment of balance, transition and turning inward.

Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of Slad Farm, near Stroud, Gloucestershire, we'll gather inside the cosy yurt, warmed by the woodburner fire, for an immersive evening of somatic movement, sound healing, rest and connection.

Jesse Laila will guide you through a deeply grounding somatic movement practice, using gentle, intuitive movement and breath to help you release tension, reconnect with your body and settle into the changing season.

We'll then journey into a deeply restorative sound bath with Hannah Salisbury, allowing the vibrations and frequencies of sound to support relaxation, stillness and a sense of spaciousness.

This isn't about doing more. It's about creating the space to pause, exhale and arrive fully in the present moment.

Your Autumn Equinox journey:

4pm: Arrival & settling in Arrive at Slad Farm, get cosy by the fire and settle into the yurt with a warm welcome.

Somatic movement with Jesse Laila A gentle, grounding practice to release, reconnect and prepare the body for rest.

Sound bath with Hannah Salisbury A deeply immersive sound experience inviting you into stillness and restoration.

Seasonal snacks, reflection & connection Space to pause, reflect on the season that's been and consciously welcome the one ahead.

8pm: Closing & departure

No previous yoga, movement or sound experience is needed, just an open mind. This is a space for all, come exactly as you are.

Bring warm layers, comfortable clothing and anything you need to make yourself cosy.
