Connect your mind and body, feel calmer and be kind to yourself with our free Let's Yoga class Held on our barge Sabrina 5 and led by Bluemoon Yoga, this class aims to improve your well-being, emotional balance, and mindfulness skills. Find a sense of inner peace and clarity. 'Let's Yoga' is more than a yoga session—it's a warm and welcoming community coming together to celebrate health, harmony, and wellbeing. Be a part of 'Let's Yoga' and step towards a healthier, happier, more connected you. This event is supported by Sport England and is free to attend. Places are limted so if you can no longer attend please cancel your booking to make your space available to others. Equipment is provided but we suggest you bring a blanket, some water and wear comfortable clothing. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
