This engaging and practical workshop explores what really drives confidence and why even highly capable people can struggle with self-doubt and imposter syndrome.

We’ll explore the physiology of confidence, discovering how our bodies can influence how we feel and how small changes in the way we show up can affect our confidence. We’ll also explore the mindset of confidence, uncovering the thoughts, beliefs and patterns that can either support us or hold us back.

Most importantly, you’ll gain practical tools and techniques you can use to manage self-doubt, challenge unhelpful thinking and build greater confidence from the inside out.

You’ll leave with greater self-awareness, a deeper understanding of confidence and practical strategies to help you feel more confident, think more confidently and take action.
