Join our guided walk of Vartry Resevoir, Wicklow

Join us to connect with nature and meet other ADHDers :)

Strictly 18+ please.

This is a lovely place to go for a walk through the woods and around the reservoir. The reservoir is full of wildlife, flora, fauna and mountain views. It's a moderate route but is relatively flat so it is suitable for a wide range of abilities, and it's a wonderful opportunity to get outdoors. Some parts can get rather muddy during wetter months, so best to come prepared with appropriate footwear.

The loop will take roughly 4-4.5 hours to complete

Walkers should bring:

Please wear comfortable walking shoes or trainers.

A backpack should include a rain jacket, lunch and plenty of water. We have ordered beautiful weather :)

The meeting point location and facilitator contact details will be included in your order confirmation and email reminders closer to the date.

Please, be aware that any in-person group will be cancelled if there is only one attendee.
