I often say that breathwork isn't even really about the breath. The breath is just the instrument, permitting us the chance to pause, to reset, to remember what it feels like to simply be.

What i wish to create with this monthly community event is a space to slow down, switch off the noise of everyday life and reconnect with ourselves and those with us in the church.

A space to be on your own if thats what you need or to connect with others if that is what you are craving.

No expectations, no pressure; just candlelight, community stillness and our superpower which is our breath.
