Join me for breathwork yoga and a swim at Apna Park and Seapoint!
This is a perfect way to celebrate the September Full Moon! For the first hour we will practice Breathwork, Hatha style yoga & Meditation while the sun is setting. We will then journal, connect and walk to Seapoint after for a swim under the full moon and stars. (swim optional of course)
Its open to everyone even if you are new to yoga.
Location details:
Meeting at Apna Park, Dún Laoghaire - the nearest dart station is Monkstown (4 min walk) and it's a 5 min walk from Seapoint.
What to bring:
yoga mat/towel
journal & pen
water
swimming togs, if you fancy a dip
an open mind & heart
