RESET is a unique two-hour experience combining Kundalini Yoga, Conscious Connected Breathwork, nature and community, followed by pizza and delicious non-alcoholic craft beer at O Brother Brewing.

What to expect

🧘‍♀️ Kundalini Yoga

We’ll begin with Kundalini Yoga, using movement, breath and awareness to bring you into deeper connection with your body.

This is an invitation to move, explore and become more present — no previous yoga experience required.

🌬️ Conscious Connected Breathwork

From movement, we’ll transition into a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork session.

You’ll receive individual headphones, creating a more immersive experience where you can tune out the outside world and focus on the guidance, music, your breath and your own inner experience.

🌿 Nature & Community

After the practice, we’ll come back together and enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting of Belmont Demesne.

This is also about connection — meeting new people, sharing an experience and spending a Sunday morning surrounded by like-minded souls.

🍕 Pizza & Non-Alcoholic Craft Beer

And because RESET is also about enjoying life, we’ll finish the experience at O Brother Brewing with delicious pizza and refreshing non-alcoholic craft beer.
