Samhain themes of gratitude, release and retreat woven through a gentle practice blending breath, movement, stillness and rest...

Ahimsa Yoga Samhain Workshop is ready to book!

Following the beautiful workshop in July, you were all eager to know when the next Ahimsa Yoga workshop would be... I would love you to join us on Sunday 25th October, 10.30-12.45 upstairs in the stunning Amo&Pax, Kilmacanogue (easily accessible, just off the N11, with ample parking)

As you can see, the space is bright, spacious and beautiful! It can comfortably 20 mats, and is lovely and warm even in winter :)

The workshop I'm planning will be inspired by Samhain - marking the threshold between autumn - harvest season of gratitude - and winter - the season of rest and release... it will as always be gentle enough to be suitable for all, with little moments of challenge for those who want it.

We will combine mindful movement and breath with moments of stillness and meditation. We will enjoy our bodies, and give space for thoughts and breath to settle, coming home to ourselves.

Bolsters, blocks and blankets will be provided, but you will need to bring your own mats. If you do have your own bolster I'd recommend bringing it along too.

I know this workshop will be as gorgeous as our summer reunion - moments of laughter, movement and rest, and I hope will be everything you love about Ahimsa Yoga wrapped up in a special morning together.
