I created NOURISH 360 to bring together the different parts of wellbeing that are so often looked at separately.
Nutrition and gut health are foundational but how we move, regulate our nervous system and connect with what our body needs is also very important.
Across four immersive hours, we’ll explore this through cacao, somatic yoga, nervous system practices, a nourishing lunch, gut health fundamentals and practical nutrition.
This isn’t about adding more rules to your life. It’s about understanding your body, nourishing it well and leaving with practical tools you can actually use.
Come as you are. Leave nourished, informed and with something useful to take home.
