No previous experience is needed. The practice is gentle and adaptable, making it suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities.

What to Expect in Class

The class moves at a gentle pace, with David clearly explaining each practice. Newcomers are supported step by step, while those with previous experience can use the class to refine, deepen and reconnect with their practice.
