Family Constellations, an exploration of energy lines through the generations, accompanied by Latihan: a movement meditation to live music.

Join us for an in-person journey into the fascinating world of Family Constellations with Irah Zezir and Live Music by Louise Sheridan at Rise Up Dance and Yoga Studio in Bray, Ireland.

Starting with Latihan, a Movement Meditation, with traditional roots in Indonesia. This slow, deliberate, and completely unscripted movement acts as a physical safety signal to the brain. Live music completely transforms the energetic architecture of a Latihan, producing raw physical vibrations that you don't just hear; you feel them directly against your skin and inside your chest, providing a sensory anchor.

This practice creates a dynamic, responsive environment that allows the mind to step aside so the body can move and heal organically.

Then we'll practice Family Constellations, which provides a space for belonging and somatic integration of generational patterns.

Together, we will do a few mini constellations, looking at collective experiences to bring new perspectives. It's a relaxed, welcoming space where you can really look through the lines that connect us all.

Irah Zezir and Louise Sheridan met at the Family Constellation training. This workshop was born from that shared wisdom and inspiration of each other’s work.

BIO's

Irah Zezir is a Public Speaker, and Energy Worker. Their TEDx Talk "Building a Better Life with Boundaries" provides accessible Emotional Intelligence tools and practical resources on connection.

Their career has spanned being a hospice chaplain and a dominatrix, rites-of-passage rituals, and lecturing on Sex Positivity at universities. It all began with processing sexual abuse trauma through the study and practice of Family Constellations, Tantra, Yoga, and Kink as Therapy.

Louise Sheridan is an Irish multi-instrumentalist, home-schooling mother, creative writer facilitator, composer and musician.

Her background is in music, applied psychology, drama and theatre. She holds an Honours Degree in Music and Psychology from UCC. She currently loves to write and sing her own songs.

Louise has also trained in Family Constellations for the past two years with Róisín Fallon, a practice she experiences as deeply sacred, potent and transformative.

She is delighted to be joining Irah Zezir for this workshop as the live musician, weaving music into the space to support connection, presence and the unfolding of the work.
