The days grow shorter and the air turns crisp as we gather for the final time this year on beautiful Gorse Hill, Greystones overlooking the sea.

As the trees draw their energy inward so do we, and we invite you to step back from the rush of daily life and connect into your ancestral lines on this very special womens day retreat.

Leading your wellness journey into Heart, Mind, Body and Soul are Master Herbalist Jo Segrave-Daly and Medicine Woman Red Wolf, Lusi Elliot.

Herbally we move on in our journey from the blooms of Summer to the roots & fruits of Winter that will ground and nourish us through the dark months. We prepare tonics to support our immune system and learn to prepare and dose cough bottles. Ask any herbal questions throughout the day with Jo.

With Samhain just past and the veil still thin Red Wolf takes us on a Meditational Journey to honour, call in and be an authentic ‘champion’ for all the men and women who came before our birth. She reminds us that our duty in life is to be open to healing our wounds and theirs in this memorable experience.

Bring along any photographs of your ancestors near and far. When we truly feel our place in time we have a sense of ‘belonging’, of being part of the collective – both personal and global. This is truly beautiful to own for ourselves and our family.

As the light of the day fades we prepare handmade candles, knotting intentions into the wick & personalising with herbs, leaves & incense with the story of La Loba, the Bone Woman and feel deeper into our lines. Her story encourages us to move out of our past and firmly into our future. We commit to finding 'the bones' we are missing within ourselves that allow us to run with the wolf and become the wild woman that is in us all.

By our candle light, we ready ourselves for wintering, we renew promises to ourselves and plant ideas within as seeds. We commit to their nuture this winter so they unfurl fully in spring to show us our new path.

A payment link for the balance of €60 will be sent 4 weeks before the day.
