An adult physical assessment CPD day is held at the Chertsey Make Ready Centre SECAmb in Guildford on 20 October 2026. The session covers basic hands-on assessment of clinical systems and is free to attend.
For all clinical grades covering the basic hands on assessment of abdo, chest, neuro & MSK systems.
No uniform required, bring a stethoscope and a friend to practice on, (this is a hands-on session and taking part as a patient and a clinician is encouraged, but not compulsory) with this in mind, please dress appropriately.
09:00-12:00 Abdo & chest assessment
13:00-16:00 neuro and MSK.
Attendance certificates will be provided.
Come to one session or both (bring own lunch & snacks).
Please note that all attendees must be current employees of South East Coast Ambulance Service or active students on an accredited paramedic programme at a partner university. Orders outside of this will be cancelled and will not be allowed access to the site.
