The Employment Rights Act 2025 – Where are we up to?
Your practical update on what’s changing, when – and what employers need to do next.
Join us at The Red Lion in Horsell (Woking) for a relaxed and interactive Employment Law Breakfast Seminar, bringing you up to date with the latest developments surrounding the Employment Rights Act 2025.
Whether you've been following every development or are only now starting to work through what the changes will mean for your organisation, this session is designed to give you a clear, practical overview of where things stand today.
With provisions coming into effect in October 2026 and January 2027, we'll work through the latest implementation roadmap, make sense of the key changes and, importantly, look at what employers and HR professionals should be reviewing and preparing for now.
What we'll be discussing
• A clear overview of where we are now with the Employment Rights Act 2025
• The key changes taking effect in October 2026
• What's coming next in January 2027 and beyond
• The latest implementation timetable and what has changed along the way
• What employers should be reviewing and preparing for now
• Practical questions, scenarios and experiences from around the room
If you joined us for our March seminar, this will build on the roadmap we explored then and bring you right up to date. If this is your first session with us, you won't be joining halfway through the story! We'll start with where things stand now, so everyone has the context they need before we explore what comes next.
Our seminars are deliberately informal and interactive. There'll be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, join the discussion and hear how other employers and HR professionals are approaching the changes.
