A HAUNTED MANOR… A STOLEN JEWEL… CAN ALEX SOLVE A MURDER 60 YEARS TOO LATE?

Halloween 2000. When Alex Martin and her boyfriend Antony arrive at crumbling Greystone Manor for a quiet weekend, they find anything but. A confused old man speaks of a long-dead mistress. A teen goes missing. A restless spirit accuses his murderer of stealing a priceless ruby that vanished without a trace decades ago.

Armed with her father’s finding machine and an artefact that captures voices beyond the grave, Alex is pulled into a twisting cold case steeped in family secrets, hidden rooms, and a sinister secret society. As the past bleeds into the present, Alex uncovers ties to wartime Egypt, stolen antiquities, and a decades-old murder.

But Alex is meddling with forces beyond her understanding, and someone will do anything to keep the truth buried

The Stone Tape House is the fourth in the Alex Martin Cozy Mystery series, perfect for fans of nostalgic cozy mysteries, amateur sleuth adventures, and slow-burn romance.
