Motherhood is a beautiful journey, but it can also bring challenges, responsibilities and moments when we lose sight of ourselves as individuals.

Between caring for our families, managing everyday responsibilities and meeting everyone else's needs, how often do we make time to reflect on our own wellbeing, aspirations and personal growth?

Mums Empowerment is a welcoming group coaching initiative created to give mothers a space of their own — somewhere to feel heard, share experiences, rediscover their strengths and explore new possibilities.

Organised by B-Wilde Coaching in collaboration with Headstart Wellbeing, this introductory session is an opportunity to discover how group coaching can support women through the different stages of motherhood and beyond.

What Can You Expect?

During this interactive two-hour session, we will explore:

Identity & Self-Awareness: Reconnecting with yourself beyond your role as a mother.

Confidence & Self-Worth: Recognising your strengths, challenging self-limiting beliefs and appreciating your individuality.

Emotional Wellbeing: Exploring everyday challenges, emotions and personal needs.

Relationships & Boundaries: Finding a healthier balance between caring for others and caring for yourself.

Personal Growth & Empowerment: Rediscovering your aspirations, choices and opportunities for the future.

Connection & Belonging: Meeting other local mums, sharing perspectives and building meaningful connections.

A Space Where Every Mum Belongs

Whether you're a new mum, raising teenagers, navigating changes in your family life or rediscovering yourself as your children grow older, you are welcome.

This is not a lecture or a parenting class. It is an interactive, supportive group coaching experience where you can reflect, participate in meaningful conversations and discover the value of learning from one another.

There is no pressure to share anything you would prefer to keep private.

Because empowering mothers means empowering women, families and communities.
