Join Robert Hewitt as he shares a personal journey through some of Britain's most inspiring landscapes, from the mountains and lochs of Scotland to the waterways and countryside closer to home.
Through a collection of photographs and stories, Robert explores what makes a successful landscape image, the importance of light, composition and mood, and how photography can capture not just a scene, but a moment, a memory and an emotion.
The talk includes practical insights into finding subjects, developing photographic vision and creating images that tell a story.
This event is held in one of the meeting rooms at Woking Library.
Key Booking Information:
The session will run for 1 hour from 6.30pm.
Tickets are available for a £1 donation per person to Surrey Libraries.
Booking is essential. Please book ONE ticket per BOOKING/GROUP (you will be asked to confirm the size of your party in your booking).
Please arrive 10 minutes early.
Please bring your ticket with you.
