About This Event

Flu Vaccinations for SABP Staff are scheduled to take place on 2026-10-01 at Farnham Road Hospital in Guildford. The clinic, delivered by Optima Health as the Trust's Occupational Health provider, is free to attend.

Flu Vaccinations for SABP Staff

This Flu Vaccination Clinic is being delivered by Optima Health, our Trust's Occupational Health provider. The clinic will run from 10:30 - 15:40, please select your appointment time. Please make sure you bring your NHS Number with you.

If you require any further assistance before the appointment or you need to cancel your appointment please email OccupationalHealthandWellbeing@sabp.nhs.uk at your earliest convenience to rearrange.
