Come and join us for the Restorative and Grounding Yoga practice followed by a nourishing Breathwork session

Come and join Eve Mackie (Yoga practicioner) and Diana Jones (Soma Breathwork fasciliator) this Autumn for a morning of yoga movement and breathwork inside a quaint Victorian chapel in Shalford Village, located between Godalming and Guildford.

Eve will guide us through some wakeful stretching, sweeping the cobwebs after the baking summer time and moving into autumn time that will bring us energy and surrender. We will listen to our bodies as we find them that moring, however they are, and attune the movements to our breath in preparation for our practice with breathwork and deep rest.

Diana will then guide us through a nourishing breathwork session — an invitation to slow down, reconnect and create space within.Autumn reminds us of the beauty of letting go, turning inward, and embracing change. Through conscious breath, we’ll gently release what no longer serves us, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with ourselves.

A space to pause.

To breathe.

To soften.
