About This Event

Silent Space at Polesden Lacey in Guildford is an outdoor event scheduled for 31 July 2026 at 13:00. Located in the Upper Sunken Garden below the formal gardens, the space provides a quiet setting during spring and summer.

You can find Polesden Lacey’s Silent Space tucked away in the Upper Sunken Garden, below the formal gardens. In the spring and summer the space is a wildflower meadow full of butterflies and bees. In the autumn it explodes into a firework of autumn colour. In winter it’s a frosty dream. Take a moment to relax and switch off and enjoy nature. Sit on one of the benches while engaging your senses and enjoy the changing seasons in this quiet part of the garden. The Silent Space will run on Fridays from 1pm – Closing
