Let go of what you’ve been carrying. Switch off, breathe deeply and sink into an hour of sound, stillness and complete relaxation.

You’ll be welcomed into a calm, relaxing space where you can get comfortable. Once everyone is settled, I’ll guide you through gentle breathing and relaxation to help you switch off from the day, quieten your mind and begin to let go.

You’ll be taken on an immersive sound journey using a beautiful combination of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, drums, chimes, rainstick and other therapeutic instruments. The sounds and vibrations move around you, creating an opportunity to deeply rest and turn your attention inwards.

Every sound bath is slightly different, and everyone experiences it differently. You may feel deeply relaxed, notice your mind becoming quieter, experience different emotions or sensations, or simply enjoy an hour where absolutely nothing is expected of you.

Towards the end of the session, the sounds will gradually soften and I’ll gently guide you back into the room, giving you time to reconnect with your body before continuing with your day.

October's Theme — Letting Go 🍂

As the seasons change, October is a beautiful time to release what we no longer need to carry and create a little more space within ourselves.

No previous experience of meditation or sound healing is needed. You don't need to be good at switching off, and there is nothing you need to achieve.

Just come as you are.

Please Bring

A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, a blanket, pillow and eye mask if you have one. Warm, comfortable clothing is recommended as your body temperature can naturally drop while resting.

Please arrive in plenty of time to settle in, as the sound journey will begin promptly and late entry may not be possible.
