Carrying everyone else’s needs and expectations? Take back the R.E.I.N.S. of your life through a powerful day of self-discovery with horses.

DOES THIS FEEL FAMILIAR?

1 Are you so busy carrying everyone else's expectations, problems, emotions and responsibilities that you have lost sight of your own?

2 Do you keep saying "I'm fine" while feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or quietly resentful inside?

3 Do you know something needs to change but feel too busy, stuck or uncertain to know where to begin?

Taking back the reins is not about controlling everything. It is about recognising what is yours, releasing what is not and choosing your direction again.

BY THE END OF THE DAY, WORKING WITH HORSES GIVES YOU

1 Clear recognition of what belongs to you, what belongs to somebody else and what you are ready to put down.

2 Stronger boundaries and the confidence to stop handing your choices to guilt, habit or other people's expectations.

3 A grounded sense of direction and practical next steps that put you back in charge of your time, energy and life.
