Connect Over A Cuppa brings business leaders together to learn and connect. Join Keith Rice to explore leadership mindset and ambition.

Is Mindset Holding Your Business Back?

The psychology of success, failure and business ambition.

Do your mindset and values match your ambitions for your business?

And could the way you think about success, failure and opportunity be influencing how far your business can grow?

Following his popular session in Oct 26, we're welcoming Keith Rice back to Connect Over A Cuppa for a practical, interactive workshop exploring how our thinking influences the decisions we make and the results we achieve.

What will you get out of the session?

Through practical exercises and discussion, you'll have the opportunity to:

Challenge your thinking – recognise beliefs and assumptions that may be limiting your business ambitions.

Align your values and ambitions – explore whether your personal values, business environment and goals are working together.

Define what success looks like – develop a clearer picture of what you want to achieve and the steps needed to get there.

Respond better to setbacks – explore practical ways to approach failure, uncertainty and challenges more constructively.

Take away practical techniques – discover tools you can apply to your own business decisions and leadership approach.

Keith will introduce techniques drawn from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), including Neurological Levels and Well-Formed Outcomes, with interactive exercises that allow you to apply the ideas to your own circumstances.

Who should attend?

Whether you're starting a business, leading a growing company or managing an established SME, this session offers an opportunity to step away from day-to-day pressures and reflect on how your mindset influences your business.

Come prepared to participate, challenge your thinking and leave with fresh perspectives and practical ideas to put into action.
