Friday 18 December 2026 | 8.30pm A distinctive voice, thoughtful songwriting and a seasoned live band come together at Barnaby’s Lounge as Chantelle Duncan and Tim May take the stage. Duncan’s session and recording credits include work with Nile Rodgers, Quincy Jones, Dr John, KT Tunstall, Ronnie Wood, Sister Sledge, Van Morrison and Brian May. Her expressive vocals bring warmth and storytelling to a repertoire shaped by soul, melody and song. Singer-songwriter Tim May brings a connection to classic British songwriting. His work includes collaborations with producer Glyn Johns , Neill and Calum MacColl, and Del Amitri guitarist Iain Harvie. They are joined by Sarah Travis on keys , an award-winning musical supervisor and orchestrator whose theatre credits include Sweeney Todd , for which she received a Tony Award and a Drama Desk Award for orchestration. Pete Stiles adds guitar, while Julian Humphries brings percussion shaped by study and performance across musical traditions in Brazil, West Africa and beyond. Special guest Greg Heath adds saxophone; he has toured and recorded with artists including Van Morrison, Dr John, Maceo Parker and Nile Rodgers. Expect soulful vocals, rich melodies and an evening of accomplished live musicianship in the intimate setting of Barnaby’s Lounge. Winnie’s Pizza Co . will be serving New York-style pizza, small plates, dips and more from 3pm to 9pm .
