On 21 September 2026, Combe Valley Discovery Centre and Community Garden in Hastings hosts Creative Mondays: Willow Dragonfly Sculpture, an immersive theatre-style workshop where various performers guide participants through the transformative art of sculpting with willow. The session offers a relaxed yet engaging exploration of the creative process within the venue's community garden setting. This upcoming gathering invites attendees to witness the living materials shaped into intricate forms under expert direction.

Join us for a fun and relaxed session enjoying the creative process of sculpting with willow.

Creative Mondays at Combe Valley

Come and create a beautiful willow dragonfly in the tranquil Combe Valley Countryside Park with artist Imogen Andrews. Learn some basic willow weaving techniques and make a decorative willow sculpture to place in your garden, patio or balcony. All materials included but bring some secateurs if you have them.

Part of a series of free monthly creative sessions made possible with funding from National Lottery Community Fund.
