Step into sacred community each month as we gather under the light of the Full Moon to release old patterns, quiet the mind, and realign with your highest intentions.

Guided by Tam Klien, these monthly immersions offer a high-vibrational sanctuary to clear stuck physical or emotional tension and cultivate deep, lasting peace. Lying comfortably wrapped in blankets, you will be bathed in the therapeutic soundwaves of gongs, crystal singing bowls, and percussion instruments.

Whether you are looking to surrender stress, heighten your intuition, or simply restore your nervous system, this journey provides the space to ground and recharge.

What to Expect:

Guided Grounding: Opening meditation and breathwork to ease into deep relaxation

360° Sound Journey: Immersive acoustic experience with gongs, crystal bowls, and chimes

Moon Sacred Community: Monthly thematic alignment based on the current astrological lunation

What to Bring:

A comfortable mat or padding to lie on (we provide yoga mats + bolsters)

Cozy layers, warm socks, and a blanket (body temperature drops during sound work)

An eye mask (optional) and water

Arrival: Doors open 5 minutes prior. Please arrive promptly to settle in before we begin.

Health & Safety Notice:

Sound baths are deeply restorative, but due to strong acoustic vibrations, they are not suitable for individuals in their first trimester of pregnancy, those with pacemakers or implanted electronic medical devices, severe/unmanaged epilepsy, or recent brain surgery. If you have tinnitus or wear hearing aids, please take extra care and let Tam know ahead of the session.
