On Friday 13th November, Juliet Russell and I return to the Humble Hub to host another unforgettable journey into the heart of dynamic breathwork and a journey into the essence of YOU via the creation of a powerful collective organic soundscape.

Guided by the beautiful vocals of Juliet Russell and accompanied by the exquisite violin of Henry Isaac Bristow , both accomplished professional musicians, there is nothing to get right or wrong, simply the invitation to sound your heart's desire and express all that is present with you in the deepest essence of each unfolding moment. At this stage, if you're feeling more at home in the role of spectator rather than participant, you're most welcome to simply sit back and luxuriate in the relaxing ambience of the evening....
