Join us for a guided walking tour of the Land at Northeye Prison site in Bexhill-on-Sea.

Following popular demand, we are hosting more guided tours of the site for those who weren’t able to make it in July. This is an opportunity to explore the site firsthand. During the visit, you will have the opportunity to:

Learn about the site context, and the opportunities and constraints for new homes

Have the chance to ask questions and share your views .

You are also invited to visit our on-site community drop-in event where you can explore interactive materials, meet more of the project team, and share with us your thoughts on the emerging concept designs.

If you previously joined us on a guided tour in July 2026 , please consider giving others the chance to experience a tour and instead join one of our community drop-in sessions, where you'll still have the opportunity to learn more about the proposals and share your feedback.

Booking information

This is one of five separate Eventbrite events, each representing a separate 1-hour site visit time slot, all on Saturday 26 September. Please book onto one time slot only.

Please book a separate ticket for everyone who will be in attendance, including children unless they will be in a pram/pushchair/sling (i.e. are not independently mobile).

If you are booking tickets for multiple people, please ensure you add the names and contact details of each person to each ticket. This is essential for security purposes and to enable access to the site.

Please do not attend without a booking and please bring ID - you will be required to register on arrival with your ID and undertake a safety briefing.

There will be a maximum of 12 attendees for each site visit and the visit will follow a set route on hard surfaced roads only to ensure a safe experience. Access to all buildings or other areas is not permitted and any deviation from the set route will result in your being escorted from the site.

Please be aware that whilst we have minimised the risk of any hazards on the site, there remain risks including potential for sharp objects, trip hazards and obscured holes in the ground. Therefore under-18s will be required to stay with their responsible adult at all times, or be escorted from the site.

By booking onto this event, you agree that the contact details you provide (including your email address) will be used to send you event details with essential information ahead of the site visit, including site rules and safety guidance, accessibility information, and requirements for attendance (including clothing and footwear requirements i.e. sturdy footwear).
