An evening of release, rejuvenation, and relaxation inside this magical yurt, hidden away in a secret location in Buckinghamshire (HP7).

Our final event of this year will be held in a VERY SPECIAL place: a magical yurt hidden away in a secret location in Amersham, Bucks.

We cannot wait to hold space in this beautiful venue. Think twinkly lights, cosy blankets and cushions and lots of space to move and dance.

This event is for you if you are sick of being in your head all the time and looking for a way of quieting your thoughts and connecting with your body.

Created on the spiritual island of Ibiza, Flow Dance Meditation invites you to connect with your body, your emotions, and the present moment through music and intuitive movement. You don’t need to be able to dance and there is no right or wrong way to move. You close your eyes, pop your silent disco headset on and allow yourself to go inwards.

Sound baths can give you a sense of deep relaxation, improve mood and lower anxiety and stress. This is because the consistent pure tones from crystal bowls help slow brainwave activity, promoting a deeply relaxed state, calming the nervous system and lowering cortisol levels. An overall sonic hug.

This special combination of Flow Dance Meditation and a Sound Bath to follow allows you to shift any emotions or energy blockages that are keeping you stuck and preventing you from moving forwards, restoring a feeling of peace and calm.

The full location details will be revealed upon booking.
